Suresh Pugalenthi is a seasoned HR leader and strategist with 33+ years of experience across leading organizations in the Marketing, Refinery, and Engineering sectors. He is the Founder & MD of H-First HR Solution India Pvt. Ltd. and Co-Founder & CEO of Sparsh Technologies Pvt. Ltd., offering comprehensive HR services from operational support to organizational transformation.

Previously, Suresh led HR for Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, driving people transformation and strategic HR initiatives. He also heading organisational Development at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., where he championed award-winning HR and IR innovations recognized by SHRM, NHRD, and SICCI. With a deep belief in human-centric innovation as a catalyst for growth, Suresh has published several articles and research papers in reputed national and international journals. He is a respected speaker at industry conferences and an active mentor to emerging leaders and startups.

Suresh holds a Master’s in PMIR from TISS Mumbai, a degree in Labour Management from the University of Madras and has completed executive training at Harvard Business School.
