Sangeeta has a proven track record in managing complex mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless organizational integration. Sangeeta is passionate about developing leaders and institutionalizing learning across levels. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing award-winning programs which includes implementation of the P-CMM Framework at CSS Corp, Leading the LEAP Program at Patni Computers towards building a talent-ready organization and driving the “Creating Happiness” Program at Matrimony.com, aligning organizational values with business growth.

Sangeeta holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
