Kalpana Rao is an HR leader with 22 years of experience in strategy, operations, and organizational development. She excels in building scalable HR processes, driving digital transformation, and implementing performance management systems and leadership development programs.

With a strong background in legal compliance, union negotiations, and shared services, Kalpana has worked across diverse industries including pharma, FMCG, IT, manufacturing, and retail. She has held CHRO roles at Moschip Technologies, Atha Group, Alok Industries, and USL Diageo, and has also served in global HR specialist roles at Lupin Pharma, TCS, Capgemini, and Patni Computers.

Kalpana holds a Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai, and certifications in BSC methodology, SHL’s OPAQ assessment, and investigations from Scotland Yard.
