Renjith is a versatile HR and OD consultant with 16 years of experience across diverse industries, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and public sector organizations. His expertise spans Strategic HR advisory, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Change Management. He works closely with global organizations on initiatives such as organization restructuring, workforce planning, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
He holds dual master’s degrees in management and psychology, along with an Executive MBA (EEPHRM) from IIM Kozhikode. Renjith’s certifications include Talent Management (XLRI), Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry Hay), Behavioural Event Interviewing, and Dale Carnegie’s Certified Trainer program. He is also an alumnus of Jombay’s Cardinal Leadership Program.
